We are pleased to announce an opportunity for the role of Warehouse Administrator at our Darlington site. This position is key to supporting the safe, efficient, and high-quality operation of our warehouse activities, including raw material handling, finished goods despatch, and daily coordination with internal and regional teams.

Key Responsibilities

Using the warehouse management system to co-ordinate daily warehouse activities
Releasing customer orders for picking
Confirming orders & generating carrier shipping labels
Generate CMR'S for full truck loads leaving site
Liaise with various departments to deliver a smooth & effective supply chain
Participate in inventory counts to maintain a high stock accuracy
Adhere to all company EHS, quality & ethical policies
Manually move customer order (20KG per box)

Skills & Experience

Required

Previous experience in a warehouse or office environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point)
Preferred
