Amour Recruitment is seeking a Warehouse Administrator to work 20 hours a week in Havant.
This is a varied role combining warehouse administration, order fulfilment and stock control. The successful candidate will be organised, accurate and comfortable working in a busy warehouse environment, with good attention to detail and the ability to manage administrative tasks efficiently.
Duties include:
* Accurately process all stock receipts and stock movements using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
* Raise and process invoices for incoming stock and supplier deliveries.
* Maintain accurate filing of delivery notes, goods received notes and other operational paperwork.
* Pick and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently.
* Assist with regular stock counts and cycle counts.
* Monitor stock levels of essential warehouse consumables
Personal requirements:
* Organised and highly detail-oriented.
* Comfortable balancing administrative and practical warehouse duties.
* Confident using computer systems and Microsoft Office.
* Experienced with warehouse administration, stock control or order fulfilment
* A good communicator with a proactive approach to their work.
Hours: Monday to Friday- 20 hours per week (can negotiate around school hours, but it cannot be offered as term time only!)
Salary: £13.21 per hour
