We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Van Sales Executive to join our client's reputable franchise-approved commercial vehicle dealership in Cardiff.
The Van Sales Executive will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service while achieving sales targets for new and used vans. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Van Sales Executive with a passion to further their career within a well-established dealership group.
Benefits:
Uncapped, realistic OTE of £42,500 per annum
Basic salary of £20,000 per annum

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am-5:30pm, with 1 in 3 Saturdays, 8:30am-4:00pm
Additional company benefits (discussed upon application)Duties:
Actively promote and sell new and used vans, along with finance, insurance, and other related products
Maintain effective communication with customers regarding delivery progress and potential delays
Address and resolve any customer queries efficiently and professionally as the Van Sales Executive
Collect payments and ensure smooth transaction completion
Explain warranties, service plans, and introduce customers to the Aftersales Department
Demonstrate features and benefits of vans to potential buyers
Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and industry developments
Support the achievement of team sales targets and contribute to a positive working environmentRequirements:
Proven experience in van or commercial vehicle sales preferred; applications from experienced car sales executives will also be considered
Live within a reasonable commute of Cardiff
Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated, energetic, and committed to sales excellence
Able to quickly learn product specifications and sales techniques
