We are seeking a professional, dependable, and proactive Part-Time Vacant Property Inspection Officer to undertake scheduled property inspections, access visits, and basic facilities compliance checks across a portfolio of vacant and managed properties.

This is a mobile-based role working 24 hours per week, requiring regular travel between sites. The position combines elements of property inspection, security monitoring, and basic facilities management responsibilities. The successful candidate will play a key role in safeguarding client assets by identifying, recording, and reporting security risks, maintenance issues, health and safety concerns, and property-related defects.

Acting as FRG's eyes and ears on site, the Vacant Property Inspection Officer will ensure that properties remain secure, well monitored, and compliant with basic operational requirements. The role requires accurate record keeping, attention to detail, and the prompt escalation of any issues identified during visits
