This is a rare opportunity to step into a structured succession plan as Sales Manager, progressing into a uk branch manager position within a highly respected and technically driven organisation.
The opportunity
you will inherit a well-established northern territory, managing a portfolio of key oem accounts across:
* industrial automation & robotics
* medical & life sciences equipment
* semiconductor & advanced manufacturing
* aerospace & precision engineering
* packaging & special purpose machinery
Your first year will focus on embedding yourself into the business – gaining a deep understanding of products, systems, customers, and internal processes while continuing to grow existing accounts and identifying new opportunities.
As you move into year 2, you will take on increasing responsibility for leadership, mentoring field sales engineers and contributing to the wider uk sales strategy.
By year 3, you will transition into the uk branch manager role, taking ownership of sales performance, team leadership, and strategic direction.
