A leading international manufacturer of industrial safety equipment is seeking an experienced UK Sales Manager to drive growth across the UK & Ireland.
This is a high-impact, field-based role focused on new business development, distributor management, and strategic account growth within high-risk industrial environments.
The Role
Reporting to the Global Sales Director, you will take ownership of the UK territory, leading business development activity and delivering against ambitious growth targets.
Key responsibilities include:
* Driving profitable sales growth across the UK & Ireland
* Developing and managing distributor and channel partner networks
* Winning and growing key end-user and EPC accounts
* Building and executing strategic sales plans aligned with global objectives
* Identifying new market opportunities and verticals
* Leading technical and commercial engagement with customers
* Managing pipeline, forecasting, and budget ownership
* Supporting product introductions and market expansion initiatives
This is a highly external role (circa 60% travel), engaging directly with end users, partners, and key industry stakeholders.
The Candidate
You will be a commercially driven sales professional with a strong track record in technical or industrial B2B environments.
Key requirements:
* 5+ years’ sales experience, including territory management
* Proven success in multi-channel sales (direct + distributor)
* Strong new business and key account development capability
* Experience engaging with EPCs and industrial end users
* Strategic mindset with hands-on execution ability
* Strong financial and commercial acumen
* Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment
A background in industrial safety, process industries, engineering products, or similar sectors would be highly advantageous.
