Trust & Estate Planner (Part-Time, 3 Days Per Week)

Kenilworth, Warwickshire
£60,000–£70,000 pro rata + Bonus + Excellent Benefits

Bernard Rogers & Co, a respected, long-established, family-owned practice, is seeking an experienced Trust & Estate Planner to join their warm and values-led team in Kenilworth.

Established in 1993, the firm has grown steadily by focusing on long-term client relationships, technical excellence, and a genuinely supportive environment. With a team of around 35, a modern and collaborative culture, and an emphasis on quality over volume, this is a rare opportunity to join a stable and trusted advisory practice with a strong family ethos.

This role is ideal for a technically competent private client tax or estate planning professional who thrives in a hands-on advisory environment and enjoys working closely with clients to deliver tailored, strategic solutions.

The Role

Working three days per week, you’ll provide specialist advice on:

* Inheritance Tax (IHT) planning, exemptions, reliefs, and gifting strategies

* Trust structures, including management, charges, and compliance

* Wealth structuring such as family investment companies

* Long-term estate planning for individuals, families, and business owners

* Identifying legitimate tax planning opportunities

* Producing clear, in-depth client reports and recommendations

You’ll work directly with a loyal client base, building long-term relationships and offering structured, personalised guidance.

What You’ll Bring

We’d love to hear from you if you have:

* Experience in private client tax, trusts, estate planning, or similar advisory work

* Strong technical knowledge of UK personal tax and trust legislation

* A relationship-led approach and the ability to explain complex matters simply

* High levels of professionalism, warmth, and client care

* Experience advising on residence and domicile matters is beneficial but not essential.
