Must Have’s

* Proven experience working in a sales role (any industry)

* A genuine passion for travel and delivering exceptional service

* Excellent communication skills, written and verbal – perfectionism is key!

* Strong commercial awareness and confidence working to targets

* High attention to detail and organisation when handling bookings

Nice to have’s

* Previous experience in travel sales or a travel agency would be perfect!

* Good geographical knowledge of Europe and/or international destinations

* Experience designing bespoke itineraries or quoting holiday packages

* Familiarity with travel booking systems or CRMs

* Knowledge of the luxury travel market and high-end clientele

So what will you be doing?

* Managing client bookings from enquiry to completion

* Designing and quoting bespoke travel itineraries based on customer needs

* Negotiating rates and availability with providers

* Maintaining accurate records in the reservation system

* Building and nurturing long-term relationships with global clients

* Supporting the Sales Manager and working towards team sales targets

* Following company processes to ensure smooth and efficient operations
