Our client, a leading plant hire company with a specialist training academy for heavy plant is looking for a Training Administrator & Marketing Assistant to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to combine administrative skills with social media and marketing experience in a dynamic, hands-on environment.
The Role:
As the first point of contact for the training academy, you will ensure courses run smoothly and efficiently. You will also support the company’s marketing efforts, helping to manage social media and campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate training bookings and schedules
* Maintain accurate records and training documentation
* Liaise with clients, providing excellent customer service
* Manage social media accounts and support marketing campaigns
* Assist with promotional activities and content creation
Skills & Experience:
* Previous administrative experience (training, construction, or plant hire desirable)
* Social media and marketing experience
* Highly organised with strong multitasking skills
* Excellent communication skills
* Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently
