Moon Moments is recruiting Trainee Sales Assistants for a growing Birmingham client. You’ll represent one of the UK’s best-known mobile and broadband brands, speaking with customers face-to-face where they shop, work or live.
If you’re friendly, hard-working and ready to learn, we’ll teach you the rest.
Your First Month
* Week 1: Learn about the brand and its products
* Week 2: Shadow experienced team members
* Week 3: Lead your own conversations with a coach beside you
* Week 4: Build your confidence and set your first goals
What You’ll Do
* Talk to customers about their mobile, broadband and TV
* Help them choose the right package
* Answer their questions and help them sign up
* Work towards personal and team goals
Who We’re Looking For
* Friendly and easy to talk to
* Keen to learn
* Reliable and hard-working
* Happy to be on your feet rather than at a desk
Speaking another language is a bonus.
What You’ll Get
* Total earnings range between £1,935 - £2000 per calendar month, made up of a base salary and uncapped performance-based commission (subject to successful completion of a four-week probationary period).
