Trainee Construction Manager

Optima Site Solutions is looking for an ambitious Trainee Construction Manager to join our growing team on a full-time, permanent basis

Based at our Harlow office, with travel to sites across London and the South East, this is an excellent opportunity to build a long-term career in construction with structured training and support .

Please apply only if you have a relevant construction qualification (Degree, HNC/HND or equivalent) and/or practical construction experience. Applications from candidates without a construction background will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities

* Estimating and tender preparation

* Quantity surveying and commercial support

* Procurement and contracts

* Site management and health & safety

* Project planning, cost control and client liaison

Essential Requirements

* Relevant construction qualification and/or hands-on construction experience

* Good understanding of construction methods and site operations

* Full UK driving licence (or working towards one)

* GCSE Maths and English (Grade 5/C or above)
