We are recruiting for a Trainee Car Sales Executive to join our busy and successful dealership in Abingdon. This is an ideal opportunity for someone looking to break into automotive sales, with full training provided and realistic earnings of £30k–£40k OTE in your first year.
You’ll be trained to deliver a high-quality customer experience, learn the full vehicle sales process, and develop a long-term career within the motor trade.
Key Responsibilities

Welcoming customers and understanding their vehicle needs

Learning to present new and used vehicles in a professional manner

Carrying out vehicle demonstrations and test drives

Building rapport and long-term customer relationships

Handling enquiries in person, online, and over the phone
*
Supporting the sales team with administration and follow-up
*
Learning finance, insurance, and compliance processes (FCA)
*
Working towards individual and team sales targets
