Our client, a market-leading electrical wholesaler, is seeking a talented and driven Internal Sales Professional with electrical experience to help grow and maximise both existing and new business opportunities.
This is a proactive sales role that includes:
* Handling inbound and outbound calls with existing and prospective customers
* Selling products directly to customers at the trade counter
* Demonstrating strong knowledge of electrical products and supplies
* Communicating clearly and delivering exceptional customer service
* Maintaining a positive, “can-do” attitude to ensure customer satisfaction.
* Managing your own workload with strong attention to detail
* Working effectively under pressure with a hardworking, proactive approach
* Drawing on previous internal sales experience within Electrical Wholesale or a similar trade environment (this is essential)
* Being customer-focused with a friendly, personable attitude.
* Supporting other areas of the business during busy periods or staff holidays
* Re-engaging dormant accounts with the aim of reactivation
* Liaising with manufacturers to secure competitive terms and preparing quotations for special projects
