We’re hiring for a Temporary Customer Care Advisor to join a well-established manufacturer based in Glossop, immediate start available.
You’ll be the main point of contact for customers, supporting with enquiries, order processing and ensuring a smooth, positive experience throughout.
What’s on offer?
* £14 p/h
* Mon – Fri | 8am – 5pm (early finish Fridays)
* Temporary position – immediate start
* Minimum 1 month – potential to go further
What will you be doing as a Customer Care Advisor?
* Answering incoming calls and dealing with customer enquiries
* Monitoring and coordinating emails via the sales inbox
* Taking and inputting customer orders and production orders
* Processing credit notes and updating the system
* Inputting data accurately across internal systems
* Responding to customers via telephone and email
* Supporting internal teams with order-related queries
What will you need?
* Previous administration or order processing experience
* Strong communication skills (phone and email)
* Good attention to detail and data entry accuracy
* Experience within manufacturing or a fast-paced environment is beneficial
