This Telesales Executive position offers an excellent basic salary, strong commission potential, and a stable Monday-Friday working pattern with no evenings or weekends.
The Role
As a Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for:
Making high-volume outbound calls to B2B customers
Generating new business opportunities for the consultancy
Identifying decision-makers and qualifying prospects
Building rapport and managing initial client relationships
Consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets
Accurately updating CRM systems with call outcomes
Requirements
Proven experience as a Telesales Executive or in a similar outbound B2B sales role
Strong cold-calling and lead generation background
Confident, resilient, and target-driven mindset
Excellent communication and objection-handling skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced sales environment
What's on Offer
Competitive basic salary of £26,000 - £30,000, depending on experience
Uncapped commission with strong earning potential
Monday-Friday working hours (9am-5pm)
