We have an exciting opportunity for a Telesales Executive based in Milton Keynes for one of our clients on a Full time permanent basis.
Summary of the Telesales Executive role
Salary: £28,000-£30,000 + Bonus
Location: Milton Keynes
Type of Contract: Permanent
Hours: Monday – Friday 8.30am-5pm
Responsibilities of the Telesales Executive
Develop new and existing relationships by prospecting (outbound) selected and allocated accounts
Office point of contact for sales enquiries and product information requests
Conduct market research
Identify products or services that best meet the customer’s needs
Identify potential customers and new business
Maintain CRM system – updating, cleansing and order processing
Requirements for a successful Telesales Executive
Experience of telesales or telemarketing
Ability to work in a target-driven environment
Good level of numeracy and ability to interpret sales data
Industry knowledge of the dental or medical sector
