We are supporting a specialist waste management company looking to hire a Telesales Executive to join their growing team.

This is a warm lead sales role — you’ll be speaking with inbound enquiries and existing customers, not cold calling.

What you’ll be doing

* Handling inbound enquiries and converting them into business

* Following up quotes and leads to close sales

* Re-engaging previous customers and winning back business

* Managing your pipeline and follow-ups in the CRM

* Working towards sales activity and conversion targets

The role is designed to protect selling time, so you can focus on speaking to customers and closing opportunities.

Training & Support

You’ll receive full onboarding and structured training, including:

* Product and service training

* Call coaching and objection handling

* Closing techniques and live support

* A structured development plan
