We are recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced and motivated Telesales Coordinator to join their growing sales team.

This is an excellent opportunity to manage a portfolio of approximately 120 existing business customers while developing new relationships from a well-established prospect database. The role is ideal for someone who enjoys building long-term customer relationships, thrives on achieving targets, and delivers outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and develop an existing portfolio of around 120 business customers.

*

Contact potential and existing customers to promote products and services.

*

Make approximately 30 quality outbound calls each day to both existing and prospective customers.

*

Build strong relationships and understand customer requirements to drive repeat sales.

*

Accurately process orders and maintain up-to-date CRM records.

*

Identify opportunities for field sales follow-ups and assist with appointment setting.

*

Support the wider sales team with customer information and enquiries.

*

Update reports and maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and activities.

About You

*

Previous telesales, inside sales, or account management experience (B2B preferred).

*

Confident, professional telephone manner with excellent communication skills.

*

Strong organisational and time management skills.

*

Target-driven with a proactive and results-focused attitude.

*

Positive, enthusiastic, and able to build strong rapport quickly.

*

Proficient in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
