Organise, register, and help secure bookings for CPD seminars
Manage and follow up on contractor lists, sales leads, and live projects
Maintain and update the company's CRM system and database records
As a Technical Sales Support, your experience will include:
Experience in a customer-facing or sales support role
Confidence using CRM systems, or a willingness to learn quickly
Strong organisational skills, comfortable managing multiple enquiries at once
Interest in developing technical product knowledge in the construction or waterproofing sector
Experience arranging events, training sessions, or seminars is an advantage
