About the Role
Are you a scientist who enjoys communication, problem-solving, and working with people as much as discovery? We’re seeking a highly motivated Technical Sales Specialist with a strong background in physiology, neuroscience or cardiovascular research to join our clients growing commercial team.
In this role, you’ll bridge the gap between cutting-edge scientific research and innovative product solutions — helping laboratories and research institutions find the right tools to advance their science.
Key Responsibilities
* Serve as a technical expert for their portfolio life sciences research solutions.
* Build and maintain relationships with academic research customers
* Understand customer research needs and provide tailored product recommendations.
* Conduct technical demonstrations, training sessions, and seminars (on-site and online).
* Collaborate with marketing, product management, and R&D to communicate customer feedback and identify new opportunities.
* Meet and exceed quarterly sales targets through strategic account management.
About You
* PhD in Physiology, Neuroscience, Cardiovascular Research, or a closely related field.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
* Enthusiastic about science and motivated by helping others achieve their research goals.
* Ability to translate complex technical information into clear, customer-focused solutions.
* Strong organizational skills and willingness to travel to customer sites and conferences.
* Previous experience in sales or customer-facing roles (e.g., applications support, teaching, technical support) is an advantage, but not required — full training provided.
What We Offer
* Competitive salary + performance-based bonus.
* Comprehensive training and mentorship from experienced commercial and technical staff.
* Opportunities for career growth within a global life sciences organization.
* Flexible working environment with supportive, science-driven culture.
* Chance to stay close to cutting-edge research — without staying in the lab
