The opportunity as Technical Sales Manager:
As Technical Sales Manager, you'll drive business growth by understanding customer challenges and matching them with the right technical solutions.
You'll focus on:
Developing new business and growing existing customer relationships
Identifying opportunities to increase sales and market share
Promoting a broad portfolio of engineered products and solutions
Re-activating dormant customers and winning business from competitors
Building strong relationships with customers, agents and distributors
Visiting customers regularly and developing long-term partnerships
Supporting commercial negotiations and contract discussions
Working closely with internal technical and sales teams
What are our client looking for as Technical Sales Manager ?
You'll ideally have 3+ year's experience in technical or industrial sales, preferably within valves, Oil & Gas, Petrochemical or engineered-to-order products.
You'll be technically minded, commercially driven and confident working independently, with the ability to understand customer requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
Fluent German and English are essential, with additional languages an advantage.
