About the Role
We're looking for a technically skilled, commercially aware Technical Sales Manager to support and grow the use of CELtek, our Control and Energy Management System for street lighting and traffic assets.
This isn't a traditional sales role. It suits someone from a field technician, service engineer, or electrical background who enjoys working with customers and solving technical challenges.
What You'll Do
Support customers in using and understanding CELtek
Conduct site surveys and produce technical reports
Deliver training and technical presentations
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Identify opportunities to expand system use and product adoption
Assist with tenders and support commercial growth
Where You'll Work
UK-wide, mainly Midlands & M25
Mix of home-based, on the road, and office (1+ day/week)
Travel to customer sites and occasional overnight stays
What We're Looking For
Electrical experience or training
Comfortable with customer-facing management systems
Strong IT skills (MS Office)
Confident presenter with excellent communication skills
