I am currently recruiting for a dynamic and technically minded sales engineer to join my clients growing team.
The successful candidate will play a vital role in driving business growth by providing technical expertise and building strong relationships with clients. This full-time position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals with a passion for sales and engineering, particularly those experienced in B2B environments. Responsibilities

* Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and prospects within the B2B sector.

* Identify new business opportunities through market analysis and networking.

* Deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations to clients, clearly articulating features and benefits.

* Collaborate with the engineering and product teams to customise solutions that meet client requirements.

* Prepare detailed proposals, quotations, and technical documentation for potential clients.

* Utilise Salesforce or similar CRM tools to track sales activities, manage leads, and monitor pipeline progress.

* Analyse customer feedback and market trends to inform strategic sales approaches.

* Support post-sale activities including technical training, troubleshooting, and ongoing client support.

Skills

* Proven experience in B2B sales within a technical or engineering environment.

* HNC/HND or mechanical apprenticeship is desired but not essential.

* Strong analysis skills to assess client needs and develop customised solutions.

* Proficiency in Salesforce or comparable CRM platforms for managing sales processes effectively.

* Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging diverse audiences.

* Organised, proactive, with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

* Strong negotiation skills with a focus on building long-term client relationships.
