About the Role
A growing and innovative company within the energy and engineering sector is looking for a Technical Customer Service Advisor to join its expanding operations team.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem solving, supporting customers, and coordinating technical solutions. You will act as a key point of contact between customers, engineers, and internal teams to ensure service requests are handled efficiently and professionally.
Working in a fast-paced environment, you will be responsible for managing enquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customers receive a high standard of service from first contact through to resolution.
Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound customer enquiries relating to technical products, installations, and service requests
*
Diagnose issues and provide first-line technical support where possible
*
Coordinate engineer visits, installations, and service appointments
*
Liaise with field engineers, suppliers, and internal departments to resolve customer queries
*
Track and manage service requests through internal CRM systems
*
Ensure customers are kept informed throughout the process
*
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and technical cases
*
Support operational teams to deliver efficient and high-quality service delivery
Skills & Experience
We welcome applicants from customer service, technical support, or engineering coordination backgrounds, including those from the utilities, home services, or installation sectors.
Ideal experience includes:

Customer service or technical support experience

Experience working with engineers, contractors, or service teams

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Good IT skills and experience using CRM or scheduling systems
