An established and award-winning Managed Service Provider is seeking a Technical Alignment Engineer to join their growing Service team.
This is a hands-on, client-facing role focused on aligning client IT systems with best practices, improving security, and driving ongoing technology improvements. The position involves a mix of on-site and remote work, supporting a wide range of businesses across the South West.
Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
*
Conduct quarterly audits of client IT systems and infrastructure
*
Deliver on-site and remote technical improvements
*
Onboard new clients to defined technical standards
*
Maintain clear and accurate technical documentation
*
Support cyber security compliance activities (e.g. Cyber Essentials)
*
Provide excellent customer service to users of all technical abilities
Skills & Experience Required
*
Full UK driving licence (essential)
*
Minimum 3 years’ IT experience (ideally within an MSP environment)
*
Strong knowledge of:
*
Windows Server & Desktop
*
Microsoft 365 & Azure
*
Network infrastructure fundamentals
*
Experience troubleshooting across:
*
Windows, macOS, iOS, Android
*
Understanding of cyber security best practices
