Description
Prepare and review financial statements in compliance with relevant accounting standards.
Support month-end and year-end closing activities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes.
Provide technical accounting guidance and support to internal stakeholders.
Collaborate with auditors to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Maintain accurate records and documentation for all accounting activities.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement solutions.
Support ad-hoc financial reporting and analysis as required.Profile
A successful Technical Accountant should have:
A recognised accounting qualification ACA or ACCA.
Audit background.
Strong technical knowledge of accounting standards and principles (IFRS)
Proficiency in financial reporting and analysis.
Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team.
Strong communication skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.Job Offer
The successful Technical Accountant will get in return:
Competitive salary ranging from £65,000 to £72,000 per annum.
15% annual bonus.
