Masterclass Education is working with a highly regarded independent school in West Sussex to recruit a passionate and creative Teacher of Design & Technology. About the Role

As a Teacher of Design & Technology, you will:

* Deliver engaging DT lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4, with the potential to teach KS5 depending on experience

* Cover areas such as resistant materials, product design, CAD/CAM, and creative problem-solving

* Encourage students to think critically, design creatively, and take pride in high-quality practical outcomes

* Plan, assess, and adapt lessons to meet the needs of all learners

* Contribute positively to departmental development and enrichment activities

About You

The ideal candidate will:

* Be a qualified teacher (QTS or equivalent) or have relevant subject expertise

* Have strong subject knowledge and a genuine enthusiasm for Design & Technology

* Be committed to high standards of teaching, learning, and student achievement

* Enjoy working collaboratively with colleagues and supporting students beyond the classroom
