What you’ll be doing
Making outbound calls to conduct surveys with businesses
Updating customer details and recording call outcomes accurately
Following a simple call script and engaging confidently with Swedish‑speaking contacts
(No sales targets, no cold selling — this is an information‑based calling role.)
What we’re looking for
Fluent Swedish speaker
Confident communicator
No previous experience required - full training provided
Reliable, positive, and comfortable working in an office environment

Duration: 3‑week assignment
Hours: Flexible hours, Monday–Friday
Location: Solihull office (parking available)
Pay: £12.71 per hour
Training: Provided on your first day (on‑site)
