Job Description

We are currently recruiting Female Support Workers / Healthcare Assistants, supporting individuals in the community across supported living and domiciliary care services.

This is a hybrid role, offering a varied and rewarding position working with a range of service users.

Key Responsibilities

* Providing personal care and support in clients’ homes and supported living settings

* Supporting with daily living tasks, including meal preparation and household duties

* Assisting with medication administration (where trained)

* Supporting individuals to access the community and attend appointments

* Promoting independence, dignity, and wellbeing at all times

What We Offer

* £13.00 - £18.00 per hour

* Mileage paid

* Zero-hours contract initially, with contracted hours available after probation

* 12-hour shifts available

* Sleep-in shifts available

* Opportunity to access sponsorship after successful probation

* Self-employed carers welcome

Requirements

* Female applicants only (genuine occupational requirement)

* Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (essential)

* Flexibility with working hours and locations

* A caring and reliable nature

* Previous care experience is desirable but not essential
