Supply Teachers – Primary & Secondary
Location: Crawley & Surrounding Areas
Contract: Full-Time / Part-Time – Flexible Days
Salary: Paid to scale (M1–UPS3) or £130–£150 per day
Hours: School hours (typically 08:30–15:30)

Your Role
Deliver engaging lessons across primary and/or secondary settings
Create inclusive, positive learning environments
Adapt quickly to different schools, subjects, and age groups
Support student progress and behaviour
Work collaboratively with school staff and follow policies
What We’re Looking For
UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Experience in primary, secondary, or both—flexibility is key
Strong classroom management skills
Adaptable, reliable, and enthusiastic
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain)
Ability to plan, deliver, and assess lessons independently
