We are currently seeking a Store Person to join their busy and expanding team in Bicester. This role is ideal for someone who is organised, reliable, and takes pride in delivering excellent service in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Act as the first point of contact for delivery drivers and couriers, ensuring a professional and friendly welcome
* Accurately check, process, and record all incoming deliveries and paperwork
* Coordinate and distribute deliveries efficiently across departments
* Identify and report discrepancies, liaising with suppliers and internal teams
* Assist with stock checks and ensure accurate inventory records
* Maintain a clean, safe, and organised goods-in area
* Support waste management processes across the site
What We’re Looking For
* Previous experience in a similar role (minimum 2 years)
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Reliable, dependable, and self-motivated
* Physically fit and able to handle manual tasks
* Positive, “can-do” attitude with a team-oriented mindset
* Good literacy and numeracy skills
* Flexibility to take on a variety of tasks
* Flexi/Reach Truck Licence (preferred but not essential)
