Static Fire & Security Service & Maintenance Engineer
Location: Central London
Salary: £38,000 - £45,000 DOE
About the Role
We are currently seeking an experienced Static Fire & Security Engineer to join our growing team, working on a prestigious commercial site in Central London. This is a static position, meaning you will be based at a single location, carrying out planned preventative maintenance, servicing, fault finding, and minor remedial works across a range of fire and security systems.

Key Responsibilities
* Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on fire and security systems.
* Service, fault-find and repair fire alarm systems.
* Maintain and troubleshoot CCTV, access control, intruder alarm and emergency lighting systems.
* Respond to reactive maintenance requests and system faults.
* Complete service reports and maintenance documentation accurately.
* Liaise with site management and clients to ensure excellent service delivery.
* Ensure all work is completed in accordance with relevant industry standards and health & safety regulations.
* Identify opportunities for remedial works and system improvements.
Systems Experience
Experience with some or all of the following would be advantageous:
* Fire Alarm Systems (Gent, Advanced, Morley, Notifier, Kentec, etc.)
* CCTV Systems
* Access Control Systems
* Intruder Alarm Systems
* Emergency Lighting
Requirements
* Previous experience as a Fire & Security Service Engineer.
* Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
* Good understanding of BS5839 and relevant fire and security regulations.
* Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively.
* Excellent communication and customer service skills.
* Full UK Driving Licence preferred but not essential for a static role.
