Educators First is working with a Cardiff secondary school to recruit one Sports Graduate Learning Support Assistant to join its support team from September.
The school is looking for someone who can bring energy, consistency and a positive attitude to the classroom. Previous experience in education isn't essential. What matters most is your ability to build relationships, encourage participation and become a trusted adult for pupils who benefit from additional support throughout the school day.

What You'll Be Doing
* Working closely with a small number of pupils during the school day
* Supporting engagement and participation in lessons
* Helping pupils stay focused and organised
* Encouraging confidence, independence and positive routines
* Building strong relationships with students and staff
* Supporting learning across Key Stages 3 and 4
* Working alongside teachers, pastoral staff and ALN teams
This isn't a role where you'll simply sit at the back of a classroom. You'll play an important part in helping pupils access learning, develop confidence and achieve success both academically and socially.
