Key Responsibilities
Plan and deliver engaging, safe, and inclusive coaching sessions
Adapt activities to meet the needs of participants with Special Educational Needs (SEN)
Coach individuals and groups of varying ages and abilities
Encourage confidence, teamwork, and personal development
Maintain a positive, supportive, and professional environment
Follow safeguarding, health, and safety procedures at all times
Communicate effectively with participants, parents/carers, and staff
Requirements
Relevant sports coaching qualification (or working towards one)
Experience working with children or young people with SEN (essential)
A calm, patient, and positive approach
Strong communication and behaviour-management skills
Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
