Smile Education is proud to be working in partnership with a well-established multi-academy trust across Smethwick and West Bromwich, offering exciting opportunities for Sports and Dance Coaches to work across a number of their secondary schools.
The Role This is a varied and rewarding position where you will:
Support and deliver PE, sport, and dance sessions across KS3 and KS4
Lead engaging activities, games, and movement-based lessons
Step into classroom-based cover when required (full support provided)
Encourage participation, teamwork, and confidence in students
Act as a positive role model across multiple school settingsWorking across a trust gives you the opportunity to gain experience in different environments while building consistency and relationships within a network of schools.

Experience in sports coaching, dance, or a related field
Experience working with young people (schools, clubs, or similar)
