We're looking for a passionate and driven Marketing Manager to champion and elevate our SPACE model, driving engagement with schools, educationalist and maximizing its impact.

About the RoleAbout the Role:

As Marketing Manager for our SPACE model, you will be the driving force behind its marketing success within the education sector. You will own the end-to-end marketing strategy and execution, working closely with the Head of Marketing and Business Development teams to attract new clients, nurture existing relationships, and build a thriving community around the SPACE offering. This is a varied and exciting role that requires a hands-on approach, excellent communication skills, and a passion for improving educational spaces.

Key Responsibilities:

• Community Building: Cultivating a vibrant and engaged community within the education sector, both online and offline, through targeted initiatives and communication.

• Client Platform Management: Overseeing and optimising the client platform experience, ensuring seamless onboarding, communication, and access to resources for schools.

• Management of Client Resources: Maintaining existing client workshop resources & development of additional resources to optimise the SPACE process.

• Organising Programme Events: Planning and executing a range of events, from networking events and exhibitions to webinars and workshops, specifically targeting educational professionals to generate leads and build relationships.

• Database Management: Maintaining and segmenting the marketing database, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with GDPR regulations.

• Tracking ROI: Measuring and reporting on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, analysing key metrics, and making data-driven recommendations for improvement.

• Ownership Of Client Engagement Materials: Developing compelling marketing collateral, presentations, and proposals tailored to the specific needs and requirements of schools

• Budget Management: managing the marketing budget for the project, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.

• Communications & Content Management: Creating engaging content across multiple channels, including social media, email, and website, tailored to the education sector.

• Photography & Videography: Coordinating and overseeing photography and videography projects to capture compelling visuals of completed projects in educational settings for marketing materials and online platforms.

Requirements

Essential Skills and Experience:

• Proven experience in a marketing role, ideally with experience working within the educator sector or marketing to the education sector.

• Strong understanding of marketing principles and best practices.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with school leaders and other educational stakeholders.

• Experience in event planning and community building.

• Proficiency in HubSpot or similar CRM and marketing automation tools.

• Experience with photography and videography coordination.

• Highly organised and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
