Jayde Spa is currently recruiting for a Spa attendant to join our team at our prestigious spa in Manchester. This is a front of house, guest experience role focused on delivering exceptional service to spa guests, residents, and members. We’re looking for someone who genuinely enjoys working with people, takes pride in creating a professional, calm, and welcoming environment at all times, and is confident taking responsibility for running the spa floor during their shift.
The successful candidate will manage the spa reception desk, oversee spa bookings, maintain high standards across the spa facilities, and help grow our membership community.
Key Responsibilities
Guest Experience & Reception
* Provide a warm, professional welcome to all spa guests, residents, and members
* Manage the spa reception desk, answering enquiries in person, via phone, and email
* Support guests throughout their visit to ensure an exceptional spa experience
* Serve teas, coffees, and refreshments to guests where required
Membership & Sales
* Deliver spa tours for prospective members and residents
* Convert resident enquiries into spa memberships
* Promote and upsell spa enhancements
* Maintain and update member accounts and booking systems
Spa Operations
* Ensure the spa environment is clean, organised, and guest-ready at all times
* Maintain high standards across pool, sauna, steam room, and cold plunge areas
* Carry out daily pool testing and record checks independently (training provided)
* Ensure all spa facilities meet safety and cleanliness standards throughout the day
Opening & Closing Duties
* Confidently open and close the spa independently, following operational procedures
* Complete daily checks to ensure the spa is prepared for guests at the start of the day. Carry out closing procedures to ensure facilities are clean, safe, and ready for the next day
* Comfortable working independently and lone working during shifts

Previous experience in hospitality, leisure, hotel, spa, or front-of-house roles is desirable.
