The Opportunity
We are recruiting a driven Software Sales Executive to join a growing Property Technology (PropTech) SaaS business with a strong Tech for Good ethos. This role is ideal for an experienced B2B sales professional looking to move into SaaS or PropTech, with full product training provided.
You will own the end-to-end sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation through to product demonstrations and closing deals. The core product is a modern SaaS platform that improves efficiency and compliance across property inspections, with use cases spanning multiple sectors.
This is a fast-paced, results-driven role suited to someone who enjoys autonomy, relationship building, and selling value-led technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
Identify and research new business opportunities through market research, prospecting tools, and competitor analysis
Actively generate leads via cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and face-to-face engagement where appropriate
Build and nurture strong relationships with prospective customers throughout the sales funnelProduct Demonstrations & Closing
Deliver tailored, high-impact product demonstrations aligned to client needs
Develop deep product knowledge and confidently articulate value across different industries and use cases
Lead negotiations and close deals, consistently meeting or exceeding revenue targetsPipeline & CRM Management
Manage the full sales pipeline using CRM software (HubSpot)
Maintain accurate records of activity, forecasts, and follow-ups
Ensure strong pipeline health and conversion ratesCollaboration
Work closely with marketing and technical teams to align messaging, campaigns, and customer requirementsSkills & Experience Required
Proven B2B Sales Experience: Minimum 2 years' experience in a sales role (SaaS, technology, or solutions sales preferred but not essential)
Strong Communication Skills: Confident presenting and explaining complex software solutions in a clear, persuasive way
Self-Motivated: Proactive, target-driven, and comfortable managing your own workload remotely
CRM Experience: Hands-on experience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot
Commercial Mindset: Strong negotiation skills with a focus on closing and revenue growth
Interest in Technology & Property: An interest in SaaS, PropTech, or digital solutions is highly advantageous
Adaptability: Willingness to learn, become a product expert, and pivot across different market sectorsWhat's On Offer
