About the Role

We're looking for a motivated and curious individual to join our team as a Product Enablement Consultant. This is a hands‑on technical role where you'll become an expert in our platform and help customers get the most value from it.
Whether you already have experience in SaaS, data, or system configuration - or you're a graduate with strong analytical skills and a passion for problem‑solving - we'd love to hear from you. Full training and mentoring are provided.

What You'll Be Doing

In this role, you'll work closely with customers to help them understand, configure, and use our platform confidently and effectively. Your work will include:

Technical Enablement

Configuring and tailoring the platform to meet customer needs
Analysing and validating data using Excel or similar tools
Troubleshooting platform issues and identifying root causes
Documenting solution designs and configuration steps

Customer Engagement

Leading workshops, demos and 1:1 sessions covering advanced product features
Supporting users in understanding best practice and optimising workflows
Acting as a point of escalation for complex customer challenges

Continuous Improvement

Providing feedback to internal teams on recurring issues or gaps
Creating simple documentation or video guides to support product learning
Contributing to process improvements and knowledge sharing

What We're Looking For

You don't need to be an engineer - but you do need to be naturally analytical, curious, and comfortable learning technical concepts.

Essential

Strong problem‑solving skills and a logical mindset
Comfortable working with data (Excel, formulas, basic analysis)
Ability to understand how systems and workflows connect
Clear written and verbal communication
Confidence engaging with customers and internal teams
Proactive approach to learning and ownership of tasks

Desirable (Nice to Have)

Experience with SQL, data querying, or Power BI
Exposure to SaaS platforms, workflow tools, or low/no‑code configuration
Any customer‑facing or support experience
Background in finance, accounting, or data processing environments
Familiarity with tools like Jira, ServiceNow, or other ticketing systems
Graduates with relevant degrees (Computer Science, Data, Business, Finance, Maths, Economics, or similar) are strongly encouraged to apply. We're open to applicants from all backgrounds if you can demonstrate the right mindset and potential.

Why This Role Is a Great Opportunity

Full technical training and onboarding provided
Clear progression into roles across Product, Implementation, Data, or Customer Success
Hybrid work in Glasgow or Edinburgh
Work with well-known brands and financial institutions
Supportive, collaborative team with strong mentoring

How to Apply

If you're excited by the blend of technology, problem‑solving, and working directly with customers - and you want a role with excellent long‑term career prospects - we'd love to hear from you.
