Key Responsibilities:
Manage a caseload of children in care, ensuring their safety, wellbeing, and development.
Build strong, trusting relationships with children, families, and partner agencies.
Prepare and present reports for court proceedings and reviews.
Work collaboratively within a supportive team environment.
Requirements:
Qualified Social Worker with Social Work England registration.
Proven experience working with children in care.
Strong knowledge of relevant legislation and safeguarding procedures.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
3 years post qualifying experience
