What you will do:
Carry out extensive social work tasks focused on assessments, care planning, and support package development to ensure child welfare is prioritised.
Undertake initial and comprehensive core assessments aligned with the Assessment Framework.
Develop, implement, and manage effective care plans and support packages tailored to the needs of children and families.
Fulfil statutory duties concerning children in care, ensuring their needs and rights are met.
Engage in responsibilities related to children under Care and Support Protection Plans.
Manage tasks concerning other children requiring Care and Support Plans.
Conduct care proceedings with a focus on the child's best interest and legal compliance.
Input accurate and timely data into the Care First system.
Collaborate with professionals to deliver services according to the Wales Safeguarding Procedures and Pembrokeshire Child Care Procedures.
Adapt to additional tasks as necessary, maintaining high standards of care.
