Small Works Security Engineer

Location: UK (Various Sites)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Requirements: Must hold a valid ECS or CSCS card & be a fully qualified engineer

Key Responsibilities:

* Install, upgrade and commission electronic security systems including CCTV, Access Control and Intruder Alarms.

* Carry out small works projects, remedial works and system modifications.

* Diagnose and rectify faults efficiently.

* Work across networked and IP-based security systems.

* Produce thorough documentation, commissioning sheets and reports.

* Liaise with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of works.

* Comply with all health & safety and site requirements.

Essential Requirements

* Valid ECS or CSCS card (Security/Systems discipline preferred).

* Fully qualified security engineer with relevant electrical or electronic engineering background.

* Strong IP/networking experience, including switches, VLANs, PoE and network configuration.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a wider engineering team.

* Full UK driving licence.
