Site Manager - Healthcare

Job Title: Site Manager (Healthcare Projects - Contract / FTC)
Location: Oxford (projects within commuting distance)
Contract: 6-month FTC or Contract (Day Rate)
Rate: £300 - £350 per day

The Role
We are looking for an experienced Site Manager to join a major Facilities Management provider on a 6-month contract or fixed-term basis, supporting the delivery of healthcare projects.

This is a mobile role, primarily overseeing roofing projects across healthcare sites in and around Oxford. You'll play a key role in ensuring works are delivered safely, compliantly, and to the highest standards within live hospital environments.

Key Responsibilities

Carry out weekly site inspections across multiple healthcare project sites#
Ensure all works meet strict governance, compliance, and safety standards
Act as the key point of contact for on-site stakeholders, including estates teams and contractors
Monitor project progress against programme timelines and budgets
Identify and escalate risks, ensuring issues are resolved efficiently
Ensure minimal disruption within live healthcare environments
Maintain high standards of reporting and documentation About You

Proven experience as a Site Manager within construction, FM, or projects
Experience working in healthcare environments (highly desirable)
Strong understanding of compliance, H&S, and governance processes
Confident managing contractors and engaging with stakeholders
Ability to manage multiple sites and priorities effectively
Experience with roofing or building fabric projects is advantageous
SMSTS (or equivalent) preferred The Opportunity
