Site Manager - Care Home Projects
I'm working with an award winning main contractor who are delivering care home projects nationwide, and are looking for experienced Site Managers to take ownership of projects from start through to completion.
You'll be responsible for running the site day to day, keeping the programme on track, managing subcontractors and trades, and making sure the project is delivered safely, properly and to the required standard.
This is a client-facing role where you'll be the eyes and ears on site, so we're looking for someone who knows how to run a site properly and can communicate confidently with the wider project team.
What you'll be doing:
* Managing the day-to-day running of care home construction projects
* Taking ownership of the site programme and delivery
* Managing subcontractors, trades and site teams
* Maintaining health & safety standards and site records
* Running inductions, toolbox talks and site meetings
What we're looking for:
* Strong experience delivering care home, nursing home or healthcare projects (ESSENTIAL)
* Good understanding of construction programmes and site logistics
* Strong subcontractor and trade management experience
* Good knowledge of health & safety and site compliance
* CSCS / SMSTS / First Aid
