Site Manager - Corwen - 2/4 Weeks Cover

Approach Personnel are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager for a short-term project in Corwen on a care home project, starting on Monday the 27th of July.

Project Details:

* Location: Corwen

* Duration: 2/4 Weeks

* Scope of Works: Care home construction project

Requirements:

* Valid SMSTS, First Aid & CSCS Card.

* Proven experience in managing construction new build projects.

* Excellent health and safety & site program knowledge.

Duties:

* Overseeing day-to-day site activities.

* Managing subcontractors, labour and trades, ensuring works are delivered to program.

* Maintaining high standards to of H&S and site compliance.
