About the Role
You’ll be part of a team of designers, delivering a wide range of signalling projects. The role is office-based, with occasional work-from-home opportunities, and you will be expected to actively learn, share knowledge, and contribute to the team’s culture.
Key responsibilities:

Designing signalling solutions across a wide spectrum of projects, not just large-scale or major projects
*
Preparing and writing design documents and supporting technical reports
*
Collaborating closely with colleagues to ensure high-quality, practical design outcomes
*
Maintaining compliance with industry standards and company processes
Who We’re Looking For
*
Licensed Signalling Principal / Verifier / Designer — all levels considered
*
Track record in design across a variety of signalling projects
*
Strong document-writing skills
*
Comfortable being primarily office-based with occasional work-from-home flexibility
Salary & Benefits
*
Principal / Verifier: up to £65k
*
Designer: £28k–£50k
*
Pension, performance-related pay, and other benefits commensurate with experience
