We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client in Measham for an experienced Showroom Sales Assistant to join their team on a part-time basis.
This is an excellent opportunity for a professional and customer-focused individual with previous sales experience to work within a busy showroom environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for welcoming customers, understanding their requirements, and providing an exceptional customer experience from initial enquiry through to sale.
Working Hours
Part-time position, working 3–4 days per week
Weekend working will be required in line with the needs of the business
Working patterns and rota will be discussed upon commencementShowroom opening hours:
Monday – Friday: 8:30am – 5:00pm
Saturday: 9:30am – 5:00pm
Sunday: 11:00am – 4:00pmKey Responsibilities
Delivering excellent customer service within the showroom.
Assisting customers with enquiries and product selections.
Building strong relationships with customers and identifying their needs.
Supporting the sales process from enquiry through to purchase.
Maintaining a professional and welcoming showroom environment.
Working proactively and using initiative to support the wider team.Candidate Requirements
Previous experience in a customer-facing sales role is essential.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Professional and confident manner.
Ability to work independently and use initiative.
Customer-focused with a positive and proactive attitude.
Flexible approach to working hours, including weekends.Additional Information
