* Liaising with external accountants and clients
* Liaising with internal departments, PMs etc
* Dealing with queries from clients and/or tenants
* Closing year ends on accounting software when accounts are finalised
* Preparation and submission of Statutory accounts
* Preparation and submission of corporation tax returns
* Update records and databases internally
* Managing service charge generic mailbox
