The Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Sponsorship Sales Manager to join a high-performing team and drive sponsorship revenue across a portfolio of international events.

You will be responsible for both new business development and key account management, selling high-value sponsorship packages to senior stakeholders and C-level executives globally.

Key Responsibilities

* Generate sponsorship revenue across international conferences

* Identify and win new business opportunities

* Manage and develop existing client accounts

* Sell tailored, high-value sponsorship packages

* Build relationships with senior decision-makers and C-suite contacts

* Work closely with internal teams to deliver successful events

* Consistently achieve and exceed revenue targets

Requirements

* Proven experience in event sales and/or sponsorship sales (essential)

* Strong track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets

* Experience selling to senior stakeholders and C-level executives

* Excellent negotiation and closing skills

* Target-driven, ambitious, and commercially focused

* Interest in AI, technology, or digital sectors is desirable
