The Opportunity

A leading events business is seeking an experienced Senior Sponsorship Sales Manager to drive sponsorship revenue across a portfolio of international conferences.

This role offers the opportunity to work at the forefront of AI and tech-driven events, engaging with senior stakeholders and C-level executives worldwide. You will take ownership of both new business development and key account management, contributing directly to the commercial success of global events.

Key Responsibilities

* Generate sponsorship revenue across a portfolio of international events

* Identify, engage, and close new business opportunities

* Manage and grow existing client relationships

* Sell tailored, high-value sponsorship packages aligned to client objectives

* Build relationships with senior decision-makers across global markets

* Collaborate with internal teams to deliver successful event outcomes

* Consistently exceed revenue targets

Candidate Profile

* Essential: Proven experience in event sales and/or sponsorship sales

* Strong track record of hitting or exceeding revenue targets

* Confident in selling to senior stakeholders and C-level executives

* Commercially driven with strong negotiation and closing skills

* Highly motivated, ambitious, and target-focused

* Interest in AI, technology, or innovation-led industries is advantageous

Package & Benefits
